Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to drive sustainable growth. Deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the UK Managing Director and leadership team. Champion continuous improvement across Accounting, FP&A, Legal & Risk, IT, and Payroll functions. Inspire and mentor a high-performing team , fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. What You Bring Proven finance leadership experience in a global or matrix organisation. Expertise in strategic planning, commercial finance, and transformation projects . Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting and service contract revenue recognition .
