This role drives bold, culturally relevant communications, shapes strategic campaigns, and delivers exceptional client service and value. With deep industry expertise and a passion for storytelling, the Associate Director will elevate both our clients’ brands and PURPLE’s reputation as a prominent player in luxury real estate communications.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorProvide strategic counsel to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and brand ethosLead the creation and delivery of client strategies and campaigns, ensuring best-in-class account serviceIndustry trend forecasting and insights to ensure campaigns remains innovative, creative, and commercially effectiveCultivate relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and industry and actively pitch stories and coach teams to build and enhance their media networksDevelop and maintain partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, and other relevant collaboratorsSupport with new business strategy, identifying opportunities and securing new clientsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseAn execution-focused individual who delivers outcomesStrong project management skills, including prioritizing and delivering results in a fast-paced environmentIndustry experience across property, design and architecture; international property experience beneficialMinimum 10 years PR / communications experienceEstablished high-level media and influencer contacts across global publications and platformsUnderstanding of wider hospitality, culture, lifestyle, and luxury industriesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narrativesStrong problem-resolution skills, including creativity and resourcefulness in dynamic environmentsDemonstrated success in securing new business and driving revenue growthPersonal Qualities:Thrives under pressure, maintaining grace and professionalism in high-stakes situations.Takes initiative and ownership, balancing multiple priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of navigating ambiguity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
