Senior Technical Manager – Residential Salary: Up to £85,000 plus package Location: Twickenham, London Title Senior Technical Manager Location Twickenham Salary £80,000 plus package Company Renowned residential developer who provide a high quality knowledge and experience within the construction industry with a dynamic and innovative approach to new schemes in prime locations across London. Due to successful completion of previous schemes and able to create and maintain strong relationships they are now looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join the business, providing quality new build mix use residential schemes. Years’ worth of expertise within the construction industry with a strong financial backing which allow them to function in an autonomous manor and secure new developments. Responsabilities Ensure the Technical team are fully resourced, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities Engage with the management of the business, in accordance with corporate responsibility for the business, work effectively as part of the senior management team. Provide a practical and cost effective technical service to the company Ensure that best practice is followed, costs are controlled, the department maximises revenue generation and contribution to the company’s operating profit. Responsible for producing technical design solutions encompassing site evaluation, architectural and engineering design, the investigation of technical problems encountered and provision of economical viable resolutions.
