Handling complex tax issues related to acquisitions, sales, R&D, loan relationships, share schemes, tax due diligence, EIS/SEIS, and corporate group restructuring. Providing leadership, coaching, and training to junior staff members. Collaborating with various departments within the firm to enhance service delivery and client relationships.
