Overview Vialto Partners is looking for a Senior Manager to join a rapidly growing team in our Global Mobility Financial Services & Professional Services Tax business. The individual should have experience on a broad range of Global Mobility Tax matters, be keen to develop in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable managing client engagements and projects, delivering across a broad range of complex areas, driving key team initiatives, and supporting the development of the wider team. Responsibilities Day to day management of a variety of client engagements, ranging from large global businesses to smaller businesses with an expanding global footprint. Provide clients with tax advice across consulting areas including tax residence, cross-border moves, tax equalisation, remote working and commuting arrangements. Proactively engage with clients and the market to develop new opportunities, manage and deliver work to a high standard, and meet deadlines. Review work and coach/develop junior colleagues. Manage and develop client relationships through business development activities. Stay up to date with evolving tax legislation and best practice, keeping clients informed of changes. Build and nurture strong client and colleague relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth. Work within a team both globally and nationally, and be able to work independently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage employment tax projects. Qualifications Practical experience in the areas outlined above with a strong background in UK tax. Certification(s) preferred: ACA / ATT / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA). Commitment to delivering excellent client service with clear and timely communication. Strong analytical skills and an interest in using technology to analyze client data and improve usability of data for clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to provide compelling and well-thought-out solutions to complex problems. Maintains a high level of drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude under pressure. Project management skills including prioritisation and meeting strict deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional Information This is a hybrid role. Location: London. Remote possibilities will be considered in other areas of the UK. Regular, full-time position.
