We are seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems general plumbing and gas work in both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Heating Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring that heating systems operate efficiently and safely.

*Duties*
* Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure heating systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
* Troubleshoot issues with heating systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete tasks effectively.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople such as plumbers and electricians as needed for comprehensive service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.
* Perform heavy lifting when required during installations or repairs.
*Experience*
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in heating engineering or a related field.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations.
* Carpentry skills for any necessary structural modifications during installations.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting equipment to job sites.
