IP Pharmacist Manager

About the Role: Our client, a leading community pharmacy in Swindon, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead their pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the pharmacy team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications in line with GPhC standards and legal requirements Deliver clinical services, including MURs, NMS, and vaccinations where applicable Manage day-to-day operations, including stock control, ordering, and workflow efficiency Maintain high standards of patient care and excellent customer service Drive business performance, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and service growth Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the wider community Skills & Experience: MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Proven experience in community pharmacy, ideally with management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Commercially aware, with a focus on service growth and team performance Committed to delivering high-quality patient care Why Apply: Join a supportive and professional team Opportunity to make a real difference to the local community Competitive salary and benefits Ongoing professional development opportunities
