Be the go-to expert and leader for new product enhancements.Collaborate with Sales, Support, clients, and other TPMs to define the teams backlog working through cross team dependencies as required.Lead initiatives through to delivery, supporting delivery of initiatives with minimal support & guidance from Group Product Manager.Translate customer needs into functional andnon-functional requirements, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other suitable artefacts to support development.Collaborate with other TPMs, Architects, UI/UX, and Team Leads to drive requirements through the design phase.Work with Engineering and other departments to actively seek feedback, remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure program is within schedule.Attend daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and other team meetings with your Agile team(s).
