This is an opportunity to join a profitable and established Technology & Transformation team, with existing client relationships.The Role:You will be handing the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Overall you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:Candidate identification and interviewsAdvising and feeding back to candidatesMarket mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from theseLead generation through relationship buildingCommunicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunityWhat we are looking for:This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for contract positions in a 360 recruitment role. Ideally you will have experience in recruiting for technology & transformation positions, although this is not necessaryHave experience in communicating with people in a professional settingIdeally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within Technology or Transformation recruitmentDriven and motivated to work in a fast paced environmentYou want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the teamHave excellent communication and level of professionalismCareer Progression and Training:You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge.
