About the Role: Located in Sydenham Pay rate ยฃ26.00 - ยฃ28.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until End of March Hours: Monday - Friday 36 hours per week Advertised by the Bromley Branch What Youโ€™ll Do As an HR/People Associate Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping our People Strategy and supporting our clients mission. Your responsibilities will include: Design & Delivery: Contribute to the creation and implementation of our People Strategy, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals Employee Relations: Manage a diverse caselist including discipline, grievance, and performance management, providing expert advice to our managers Coaching & Support: Coach managers, offering guidance and data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes Change Management: Lead initiatives to navigate organisational change, ensuring sustainability and high performance across the board Key Responsibilities Provide first-class HR services across all departments Support Health and Wellbeing initiatives and drive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) projects Conduct exit interviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement Liaise with Occupational Health Services to manage sickness absence effectively Who You Are Qualifications: Degree level education or equivalent experience, with a professional qualification (MCIPD preferred) Experience: Significant HR experience within a busy environment, handling complex employee relations cases and contributing to policy development Skills Personable and approachable, with a knack for problem-solving Self-motivated and adaptable to changing needs A commitment to confidentiality and compliance with GDPR regulations Why Join Us?
