About you: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE Proven experience in finance operations and financial control Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge Skilled in stakeholder engagement and delivering results Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems What you'll do: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting Oversee financial controls, systems, and process improvements Support audit processes and the production of statutory financial statements Manage cash flow and produce forecasting models Provide financial insights, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective financial support and challenge For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Robbie Lemon for a confidential chat today.
