We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. Responsibilities Lead and manage teams responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data‑driven insights and innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise to provide effective solutions. Monitor and assess performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations. Drive strategic initiatives contributing to the overall business strategy. Develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement. Responsible for the achievement of team goals and talent management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred. Experience in Corporate Trust or Conventional Trust and Operations management. People management experience. Continuous improvement mentality. Technical knowledge of Agile Methodology and Six Sigma preferred. Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Experience in implementing Digital Tools.
