Product Support Engineer

Youll handle inbound enquiries from customers, contractors, and suppliers, preparing quotations, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and met. What youll be doing Manage inbound technical enquiries and service requests Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations Advise customers on technical requirements, product specifications, and delivery schedules Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success Support internal service teams where needed Hours Flexible day shifts (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday) Option to work either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm *Flexi time option * - can work 8am-6pm and claim time back in lieu for extra days off Pay £26,000 per annum Yearly Bonuses (approx. £1300)!
