Job Description: We’re Hiring: Aesthetic Practitioners (Laser • Injectables • Hybrid) GHB Clinic - Covent Garden, London https://www.ghbclinic.co.uk/ Full-time / Part-time / Permanent SALARY: Starting from £38,000 per year (depending on experience). Salary and starting offers vary by pathway (Laser / Injectables / Hybrid). Higher starting offers and faster progression are available for practitioners who can demonstrate strong consultation skills, safe parameter/treatment selection, and excellent documentation at interview. GHB Clinic is expanding, and we’re hiring multiple Aesthetic Practitioners to join our growing clinical team. We welcome practitioners who specialise in one core area (laser or injectables), as well as those confident across multiple treatments. Training into additional modalities can be supported for the right candidates. Open Practitioner Pathways Applicants must be confident in at least one of the following: 1) Laser Practitioner (Senior) Minimum requirements (must-have): 2+ years hands-on laser experience , including laser hair removal plus experience in one or more of the following:  pigmentation ,  laser tattoo removal , or  skin rejuvenation  (where within scope) VTCT Level 4 in Laser & IPL Treatments (minimum) Strong, consultation-led approach:  Fitzpatrick skin typing , suitability screening, contraindications, patch testing (when indicated), and expectation management Excellent understanding of laser safety and clinical protocols (controlled area setup,  laser-specific protective eyewear , safe practice, escalation) High standards of documentation: consent, treatment notes, settings/parameters logged, and aftercare Experience with advanced skin treatments, including  deep cleansing and acne-focused facials  (e.g., extractions and barrier-safe protocols) Strong advantages (highly preferred): Candela GentleMax Pro  experience CO2 laser  experience Pico laser  experience (Candela PicoWay, PicoSure, or similar) 2) Injectables Practitioner (Dermal Fillers) - Senior Minimum requirements (must-have): Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Injectables (minimum) 2+ years hands-on experience  delivering dermal filler treatments Excellent facial assessment and consultation-led treatment planning (suitability, risk awareness, expectation management) Strong anatomy knowledge and a safety-first mindset (knows when not to treat) Natural-results approach with high standards of aftercare and follow-up High standards of clinical documentation: consent, treatment notes, and product/batch logging Strong advantages (highly preferred): Anti-wrinkle treatments (where within scope) Full-face approach / facial balancing Experience working within premium clinic protocols and patient journey standards Evidence of ongoing training/CPD and up-to-date best practice 3) Hybrid / Advanced Practitioner Confident in  both laser and injectables Strong consultation skills with excellent skin knowledge (acne, pigmentation, scarring) Able to build safe, phased treatment plans and manage expectations High clinical standards: safety-first decision making, documentation, and aftercare Key Responsibilities (All Roles) Conduct detailed consultations and assess patient suitability Deliver treatments safely, ethically, and to a high clinical standard Maintain excellent documentation, consent, and aftercare protocols Provide a premium patient experience from consultation to follow-up Work collaboratively within a growing clinical team What We’re Looking For Professional, patient-first practitioners with excellent communication Strong safety mindset and clinical judgement Confidence working independently while maintaining team standards Passion for aesthetics, results, and long-term patient outcomes What We Offer Supportive, standards-led clinical environment Opportunity to work with advanced technology ( CO2 & Pico lasers ) Training and progression pathways for the right candidates A growing clinic with an expanding client base
