With plans to double turnover to £100m within the next three years through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, the business is also investing heavily in technology to enable that success. To support this expansion, they are seeking an exceptional Head of IT Technology to join the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CIO, this is a high-visibility leadership role that blends strategic direction with hands‑on delivery. You will shape and execute the technology roadmap for a 100-person organisation scaling at pace — ensuring technology enables performance, integration, and competitive advantage. The Opportunity This is far more than a traditional IT leadership position. You will sit at the heart of business working closely with executive leadership to embed technology as a true growth enabler. Key responsibilities include: Defining and delivering a technology strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans Leading ERP optimisation and enterprise systems evolution Overseeing Azure cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity governance Managing technology integration across M&A activity Driving practical AI adoption to unlock operational efficiency and insight Building and leading a high‑performing IT function designed for scale What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a commercially astute technology leader who thrives in dynamic, growth‑focused environments.
