OverviewSF Executive are working with a high growth professional services business in London to source a growth orientated and culturally suitable Chief Financial Officer.The business in question has turnover of c£30m, EBITDA c£5m and is privately owned / Founder led.The role of the Chief Financial Officer will be to professionalise and modernise the finance function of the business and create a financial infrastructure that can accommodate M&A and business exit activities in the medium term.You will currently be the CFO / FD of a privately owned or private equity backed business and be looking to bring those experiences to bear in this type of scenario.For the right candidate, an exceptional package and equity opportunity will be put in place to ensure they are motivated and aligned with the Founder around value creation.
