Senior Social Worker - Adult Community Team (Older People & Physical Disabilities)Are you an experienced Senior Social Worker looking to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact within the community?We're recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join a well-established Adult Community Team supporting older people and adults with physical disabilities in the Manchester area.
