Innovation Taxes Manager - Belfast - £35,000 - £50,000 BlackFox Solutions are delighted to be working on this Exciting opportunity, Due to sustained growth, our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Innovation Taxes Manager to join their expanding tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team while managing a varied portfolio of Innovation Tax clients. The successful candidate will take ownership of claims from initial engagement through to submission, ensuring technical accuracy and a high standard of client service throughout. Key Responsibilities Managing the full lifecycle of R&D Tax Relief and Creative Industry Tax Relief claims Acting as lead contact for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services Working alongside internal technical specialists to strengthen and support claims Liaising directly with HM Revenue & Customs regarding submissions and queries Collaborating with accounting teams to obtain and review financial data required for claims Delivering occasional educational seminars or workshops to clients and internal teams on Innovation Tax matters Candidate Profile ACA or CTA qualified with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience Demonstrable technical expertise in Innovation Taxes, including R&D and/or Creative Industry Reliefs Experience working alongside technical professionals in a collaborative environment Strong organisational skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Advanced Excel capability and experience handling financial data Whats in It for You?
