Position Overview We areseekinga strategic andmeticulousFinance Directorto lead our finance department, oversee financial planning and analysis, and ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of financial regulations and practices, and the ability toprovideactionable insights to guide executive decisions. The ideal candidate willpossessstrong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.An understanding of thehealth and wellness industrywould beadvantageous. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and growth plans Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Monitor andanalysefinancial performance,identifyingareas for improvement Proactively provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements Oversee audits andconsultwith external auditors andstakeholders. Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Evaluate and implement financial systems, corporategovernanceand tools tooptimiseoperations Qualifications: Bachelor’shonoursdegree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) ICAEW or ACCA qualified preferred CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, GAAP, and financial best practices Proficient in financial software and ERP systemsExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Preferred Skills: knowledge and experience of using Odoo would be a real advantage Experience inHealthcare, Wellness and/or Longevitypreferred but not essential Change management and organisational development experience Familiarity with international finance and currencymanagement Why JoinNADclinic?
