Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions
Coordinate with local partners to negotiate and close agreements with fleet customers
Coordinate with local partner to develop local sales network to achieve sales targets, make sure that the new dealership meet Xpeng standard
Monitor and analyze sales & dealership performance and suggest improvements
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Local partner
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure related sales members are on board
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience to develop networks in the automobile industry
Proven work experience managing fleet sales orders in the UK
Knowledge of local sales process, sales channels, sales policy and related taxation regulation
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Strong communication and team management skills
Analytical skills with a problem‑solving attitude
