Executive Assistant to General Counsel | Financial Services | London | Up to £65k 12 month FTC to possible perm Excellent opportunity to join a well‑established, purpose‑driven firm where employees stay for the long term, achieving long term opportunity within their roles. THE ROLE: Supporting the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, you'll play a central role in the smooth running of Legal and Compliance teams. Working closely with the Company Secretarial function, you'll be coordinating board meetings, liaising daily with senior board members, and building strong relationships with regulators and external parties. This is an EA role with real substance - complex diary management, board meeting organisation multiple times a year, production and distribution of board materials, and executive support across the wider team. You'll also be the go‑to for administrative excellence across the function. Key responsibilities: EA support to General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Complex diary and travel management across senior stakeholders Board meeting coordination and Company Secretarial support Liaison with regulators and external parties Team event organisation, vendor management, invoice processing Holiday cover for fellow EAs THE PERSON: We're looking for an experienced EA who's polished, discreet, and highly organised. Someone who can juggle multiple priorities, work autonomously under pressure, and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships. You'll be proactive, detail‑focused, and able to jump between teams with ease. Financial or professional services background strongly preferred. Excellent MS Office skills, strong communication, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment essential.
