Landscape Foreman/woman

*Location:* Surrey / Berkshire Border (Projects within approx. 1 hour radius, including London) *Salary:* Competitive (DOE) *Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated *Site Foreman* to lead teams on high-quality landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering well-built gardens, understands sequencing and site logistics, and can confidently manage a team to hit deadlines without compromising quality. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of sites, overseeing operatives and subcontractors, coordinating materials, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage site teams on live landscape construction projects * Allocate daily tasks and ensure productivity targets are met * Maintain site standards, organisation, and cleanliness * Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications * Monitor quality control and workmanship * Manage material usage and prevent unnecessary waste * Coordinate deliveries and plant movements * Liaise professionally with clients during the build phase * Report progress, challenges, and programme updates to management * Uphold company health & safety standards at all times What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Foreman or senior landscaper in a construction environment * Strong practical knowledge of landscape build processes * Confident leadership skills and ability to motivate a team * Organised, proactive and solution-focused * Able to read drawings and work to programme deadlines * Full UK driving licence What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Company vehicle (role dependent) * Opportunity to work on high-end residential projects * Supportive team environment * Career progression into Site Management / Project Management About Us We deliver high-quality landscape construction projects across Surrey, Berkshire and London.
