The role offers genuine influence over tooling, frameworks, and standards as the function continues to grow.RoleBuilding and maintaining Python based modelling frameworks and toolingSupporting the full lifecycle of machine learning and statistical modelsEnabling scalable, production ready model deployment through reusable engineering solutionsWorking closely with analytics, pricing, and wider stakeholders to ensure models are robust and well governedContributing to best practice, code quality, and continuous improvementExperienceStrong experience in Python modelling and machine learning engineeringBackground operating at senior analyst level or equivalentExperience deploying and supporting models in a commercial environmentExposure to GLM and or GBM models is beneficialInsurance or pricing modelling experience is highly desirableComfortable working with Git and collaborative development practicesAble to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teamsUK right to work required.
