Senior Associate Lawyer-Corporate/Private Equity

Job Overview We are working with the London Office of one of the best known law firm brands in the USA. They have an opportunity for a 4 to 7 PQE Corporate Associate qualified in England & Wales who wishes to handle M&A and Private Equity with a substantial client development element. You will have gained experience with the Corporate Team of a leading London Firm and be moving to improve your partnership prospects. Responsibilities Handle M&A and Private Equity transactions. Drive significant client development. Advise across sectors including consumer, industrials, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, financial services, health care, and real estate. Prepare and review transaction documents. Assist in supervising junior associates. Qualifications 4-7 PQE as a Corporate Associate qualified in England & Wales. Experience in Corporate/Private Equity, with beneficial real‑estate asset experience. Strong client‑facing skills and evidence of successful client development.
