Key Responsibilities Provide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies. Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience at all times. Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards. Advise guests on aftercare, treatment benefits, and suitable home-care products. Support spa reception and guest flow when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
