Principal Consultant

OverviewMcCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are working with an education agency founded 9-years ago that are ahead of the wave, producing amazing results based in London with c30 headcount..However they are much more than your typical, mainstream education recruitment agency.This will be an experienced hire for the agency. We are looking to speak with experienced Secondary, Primary and/ or SEN Recruitment Consultants/ Secondary, Primary and/ or SEN Managing Consultants/ Secondary, Primary and/ or SEN Account Managers/ Secondary, Primary and/ or SEN Team Leaders (or similar).Initially the role will be fully remote whilst you grow and eventually be a hybrid role. Responsibilities Search and engage candidates in Secondary, Primary and/ or SEN sectors to support school hiring needs. Collaborate with schools and internal teams to fill Temp and Perm roles. Develop candidate pipelines and manage recruitment processes through to placement. Qualifications Recent and relevant experience working in an education recruitment agency specialising in the Secondary, Primary and/ or SEN sector helping and assisting Secondary, Primary and/ or SEN Schools with their Temp and Perm hiring needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
