With a strong global presence and a focus on delivering tailored IT solutions to enterprise clients, this organisation offers unmatched earning potential, career progression, and the chance to work at the forefront of digital transformation across industries.ROLE OVERVIEWLocation: London - HybridPackage: £50,000 - £70,000 on basic + Double OTE + 3 x Performance Bonuses + 2 Commission Accelerator SchemesNumber of Vacancy Openings: 2What you’ll be doing:Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges, uncover pain points, and identify solution opportunities aligned with strategic prioritiesManage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure, driving consistent performance against revenue targets and pipeline objectivesServe as a trusted advisor, delivering valuable insights and maintaining long-term client relationships while uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account valueAttend and host client engagements through meetings, webinars, workshops, and licensing assessments, providing expert guidance on optimal technology solutions and licensing strategiesMain Skills/ Requirements:Minimum of 4 years' proven success in full-cycle (360) sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targetsPrevious experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT consultancy, or Value Added Reseller (VAR) environment is essentialExperience selling Cisco and/or Microsoft solutions is highly essential and will be a strong asset in this roleHighly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environmentHow you’ll be rewarded:3 x Performance Bonuses AvailableAccelerator Commission SchemeDefined Career Progression RouteFlexible WorkingThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join a leading company that are driven towards success!For further information on this Account Director position, apply below!We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
