Job Description Lead and manage the client accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for clients within the property industry. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in client accounting functions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reviews for client accounts. Provide strategic advice and insights to support decision-making for property management clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial matters and queries. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Client Accounting should have: Proven experience in client accounting within residential and property management. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams. In-depth knowledge of client accounting. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and stakeholders. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
