You will play a vital role in our patient journey, moving beyond basic "sales" to provide expert clinical dispensing and tailored style consultations. Expert Dispensing: Providing personalised advice on our curated frame collections, sourced from boutique European makers. ZEISS Lens Specialist: As an official ZEISS Partner, you will work with the world’s leading lens technology. Clinical Support: Working alongside our optometrists to support specialist clinics, including Myopia Management, Dry Eye, and Advanced OCT screenings. Patient Experience: Delivering the "Telford Promise"—a warm, friendly, and unhurried service that ensures every patient leaves feeling cared for. What We Are Looking For Qualified & Registered: You must be a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician. The "Independent" Mindset: You enjoy having the time to talk to patients and the freedom to recommend the best possible optical solutions without "big-brand" constraints. Tech-Savvy: An interest in the latest optical technology and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
