Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Double Days | £35,000 Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below. - £42,000 We are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a busy, high-volume injection moulding operation. This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer with strong fault-finding ability and proven experience maintaining injection moulding machinery within a fast-paced production environment. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on injection moulding machines Diagnose and fault-find electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults Support machine changeovers, tool changes and continuous improvement activity Maintain ancillary equipment including robots, dryers, conveyors and chillers Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures Complete maintenance documentation accurately The Ideal Candidate Apprentice-trained xbpsjku or time-served Maintenance Engineer Proven experience working on injection moulding machines Multi-skilled background (electrical and mechanical) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment Proactive, flexible and a strong team player If you are interested in this role, please apply today or call for more information.
