Talent Acquisition Business Partner - WokingApply for the Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Woking role at myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community, a part of Capgemini, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.About the jobA Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner is the driving force behind recruitment delivery and best practice, acting as a subject‑matter expert and trusted thought partner to senior leaders and hiring managers across the Capgemini business.You will deliver the end‑to‑end recruitment process, supporting hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and seamless candidate experience. Hybrid working will involve a blend of company offices, client sites and home, with no 100% home‑based work.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from requisition through to offerCarry out regular market mapping and external market insight across multiple capabilities and skill setsCollaborate with wider recruitment and HR functions to share insight and drive process improvementTrack and report talent acquisition data to the business to support collaboration and improvementsPartner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, advise on process and support effective decision‑makingDeliver a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment journeyBuild talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)Screen, shortlist and recommend suitable applicantsAssess candidate competencies and fitUse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems accurately to maintain compliance and provide reporting dataSupport employer branding activity and talent pooling for recurring rolesPromote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Inclusive Futures for peopleCoordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidatesCollaborate with HR and onboarding teamsAct as the point of contract for recruitment‑related projects and lead small‑scale projects as neededQualificationsProven experience in recruitment, ideally in a complex, matrixed organisation within IT Consulting, Management Consulting or professional servicesPrevious experience working in an in‑house recruitment function or a Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) providerSuccessful use of direct sourcing tools and methodsAbility to manage the complete candidate journey from application to joining, including screening and shortlistingStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExpertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systemsExperience of strategic hiring and stakeholder engagementStrong track record in specialist or volume recruitmentExperience of using recruitment analytics and market insights to inform decision‑makingConfidence in presenting data to senior stakeholdersEffective communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsResilience, adaptability and creative thinkingAbility to interact, engage, influence and have credibility at all levels, including senior management, and navigate a matrixed landscape with ease and discretionTeamworking and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesDisability Confident EmployerCapgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme, and we will offer an interview to all candidates who declare they have a disability and meet the minimum essential criteria for the role.
