Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

This pivotal role combines strategic financial planning & analysis within a private equity backed organisation.As a trusted partner to the CFO, executive team, and shareholders, you’ll:Lead the FP&A team, driving excellence and innovationOversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningOversee the design, preparation, and reporting of financial performance across all business areas.Develop and deliver regular financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning processes.Drive the continuous improvement of management information, leveraging historical and current data to enhance forecasting and strategic planning.What we’re looking for:A qualified finance professional with deep expertise in FP&A, ideally ACA from Big 4Previous experience in PEProven leadership in complex, international environmentsStrong commercial awareness and analytical skillsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape financial performance, resilience, and growth on a global stage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
