This role drives bold, culturally relevant communications, shapes strategic campaigns, and delivers exceptional client service and value. With deep industry expertise and a passion for storytelling, the Associate Director will elevate both our clients' brands and PURPLE's reputation as a prominent player in luxury real estate communications Key Responsibilities Maintain and grow senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Provide strategic counsel to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and brand ethos Lead the creation and delivery of client strategies and campaigns, ensuring best-in-class account service Industry trend forecasting and insights to ensure campaigns remains innovative, creative, and commercially effective Cultivate relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and industry and actively pitch stories and coach teams to build and enhance their media networks Develop and maintain partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, and other relevant collaborators Support with new business strategy, identifying opportunities and securing new clients Skills, Knowledge and Expertise An execution-focused individual who delivers outcomes Strong project management skills, including prioritizing and delivering results in a fast-paced environment Industry experience across property, design and architecture; international property experience beneficial Minimum 10 years PR / communications experience Established high-level media and influencer contacts across global publications and platforms Understanding of wider hospitality, culture, lifestyle, and luxury industries Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives Strong problem-resolution skills, including creativity and resourcefulness in dynamic environments Demonstrated success in securing new business and driving revenue growth Personal Qualities Thrives under pressure, maintaining grace and professionalism in high-stakes situations.
