Key Responsibilities Lead the finance team to deliver accurate month-end reporting, including consolidations and balance sheet reviews. Oversee journal postings and ensure all entries are supported with appropriate documentation. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Present financial insights and performance updates to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements. Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement. Your Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience managing and developing a finance team.
