What The Day Will Look Like
Implementing the Corporate Broking Strategy and procedures across your region
Overall management of all client broking activities
Management of insurer trading relationships
Analysis of the insurance marketplace, cascading information to colleagues as appropriate
Ensuring that the broking process stays efficient, expedient and of the highest quality
Management and leadership of Broking Team
Maintaining responsibility for Regulatory and Internal compliance and business procedures

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
A thorough knowledge of commercial insurance market practices and dynamics including an understanding of the financial issues that drive the market
The ability to work effectively with colleagues in an environment where success often depends on influencing skill rather than direct control.
Analytical / logical
An effective and reasonable negotiator with an understanding of the importance of sustainability.
An effective listener and a strong, consistent communicator
