Principal Consultant

Role Overview As Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will play a pivotal role in problem definition, solution discovery, and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. You will also lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in‑house capability building, shaping value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing global landscape needs. Required Qualifications Proven experience in handling Transformation Programs Experience in tracking KPIs and financial management Project Management (Agile & Waterfall methodologies) Business Transformation and Financial reporting experience Senior Stakeholder Engagement Experience in Change Management Preferred Qualifications Exposure to managing a Centre of Excellence Key Personal Attributes High analytical skills High degree of initiative and flexibility High customer orientation High quality awareness Excellent verbal and written communication skills All aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence, and performance.
