They must always adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, HR guidelines, and compliance training. As a Head of Department, visibility, flexibility, and strong leadership are vital. The role requires managing workload efficiently, fostering clear communication within the team and across departments, and working collaboratively between both hotels and management.
