Advise on design, investment, communications, and Auto‑Enrolment. Drive growth through new business and strong client relationships. Mentor colleagues and represent the team at industry events. About you Proven UK DC consulting experience (including Trust‑based schemes). Strong technical knowledge and relevant qualifications (PMI, CII, IMC). Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Proactive, organised, and commercially focused.
