The company is expanding rapidly through both organic investment and acquisitive growth as demand for high‑performance, resilient facilities accelerates. This role blends financial leadership with strategic execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of a mission‑critical digital infrastructure provider operating at the forefront of cloud, edge computing, and hyperscale demand. Role Summary As Chief Finance Officer, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving financial performance, enabling strategic growth, and supporting investor engagement. Reporting to both the CEO and the PE board, you will play a central role in strategic decision‑making, supporting M&A activity, and ensuring financial discipline in a capital‑intensive, fast‑scaling environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and the evolving data centre market landscape. Partner with the CEO and executive team to provide financial insight on strategic initiatives, including new site development, capacity expansion, and customer acquisition across hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation clients. Lead investor relations and manage key external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and the board. Oversee financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements relevant to data centre operations (e.g., power, sustainability, ESG reporting). Ensure robust financial controls, risk management, and covenant reporting in line with PE expectations. Build and lead a high‑performing finance team with a focus on agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Candidate Profile (Must have) Proven experience in the data centre industry Proven track record in scaling businesses through both organic build‑outs and acquisitive growth. Has worked under a Private Equity umbrella Experience in M&A, investor relations, and board‑level engagement. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA (or equivalent).
