This position reports to the Head of Legal. Not in the perimeter: specific regulatory compliance and risk management related to financial licenses authorised by FCA.What you will be doing:Contract drafting and negotiationLegal advice and guidance to the identified stakeholdersContract management, in line with Edenred Group’s requirements and local regulationSupport the Head of LegalPromoting ethical behaviour and integrity in line with Edenred Group’s directivesYour work will focus on commercial and FinTechWorking knowledge of the UK Electronic Money Regulations, Payment Services Regulations, Payment services Directive and its EU implementation, EBA guidelines and outsourcing regulations.Support compliance with all applicable corporate laws, regulations, and industry standardsOversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, contracts with business lines and internal customers, and strategic partnerships.Ensure compliance with our policies and processes and act as ambassador to that effectStay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.Support on audit and riskPromote a culture of ethical behaviour and integrity throughout the organisation.Support in implementing policies and training programs to ensure compliance with ethical standards.Support communication and deployment in front of regulatory changes, and emerging risks and opportunitiesWhat we want from you:Law degree and license to practice in the UK or France/ Belgium or both.Extensive experience in practicing law, preferably with a focus on corporate law and financial services.Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Sound judgment and ethical decision-making skills.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Working knowledge of PSD2, e-money and payments regulationsFrench language considered as a plusStructured & organized mindset with practical judgementTime & priority management skillExcellent communication skills, listening & understanding, flexibility & teamworkAt ease with agile organisationsWhy Edenred PayTech?We are a subsidiary of the Edenred group and leaders in prepaid solutions including banking, virtual cards, debit, credit, and prepaid processing.As an Edenred PayTech employee you will get the support and structure that you need to enjoy your work and develop your career while doing what you love and making a difference in a fast-paced and innovative business.What you will get:25 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysHybrid working environment (min. 3 days per week in the office)Pension Scheme – employer 6% with minimum employee contribution 3%Discretionary bonus scheme based on company and personal performanceMedical & international travel cover (leisure and action sports)Income protectionLife insurance (4x salary)Wellbeing Employee Assistance Program (extended access to family members)Holiday trading schemeSeason ticket loanCycle to Work schemeDigital learning platformComplimentary fruit and other ‘in office’ snacks & refreshmentsVolunteering programmeSocial eventsDiversity:Edenred PayTech are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
