Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology decisions drive strategic outcomes. Assist in creating architectural documentation for governance and compliance. Contribute to agile delivery with architectural insight from concept to implementation. Research emerging technologies to inform design and foster innovation. Participate in governance and change initiatives to uphold architectural standards. Invest in your development and support a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. What we’ll need Enterprise Architecture experience with good working knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and exposure to a range of modern technologies including some of the below: Cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure and hybrid hosting architectures APIs, microservices, and modular applications Data strategies: data lifecycle, ETL, data modelling, governance Cybersecurity Technology sustainability Payments, digital transformation, retail banking Strong communication and storytelling skills Ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tech trends Willingness to drive process improvements and adopt best practices About working for us We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects modern society.
