Principal Agile Strategy and Transformation Consultant - Financial Services
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience) + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus
Location: London - Hybrid

The Opportunity
We're looking for experts with the experience to lead clients through an exciting journey to fundamentally transform their business to accelerate the creation of value. You will bring your expertise in strategy, business design and operating models, agile ways of working, product management, lean, and change management.
You will be part of an inspiring global team that leads the way in driving organisational agility across some of the most exciting brands in financial services across Banking, Payments, Wealth and Asset Management, Pensions, and Insurance. Our clients span the UK, US, Nordics, and increasingly Australia where we are building our team. With an increasing number of overseas assignments, there is plenty of opportunity to travel.
What You'll Do
As an exceptional agile strategy and transformation expert, you will:
Bring your passion, purpose, insight, and impact to design and embed solutions that drive tangible outcomes within clients
Fundamentally re-wire a client's business to build a vibrant and dynamic place to work, accelerate the pace of change and delivery of value
Focus on changing the skills and behaviours of organisations and their people at scale, enabling clients to achieve their goals, working in blended teams (doing it "with clients" not "to clients" job)
Connect the client's organisational strategy to the practical work of portfolios and teams to deliver the right change at pace
Be part of an exceptionally vibrant agile community, working with Operational Excellence, Growth Strategy, Digital, People and Change practitioners to grow your broader skillset
Essential Skills and Experience
You will have some, if not all, of the following:
Market Sector Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the financial services market sector (e.g. banking, insurance, asset management, and payments) with ability to create solutions specific to a client's market context
Transformation Management: Experience shaping and leading all facets of an agile transformation at scale, such as driving quantitative and qualitative benefits tracking
Business Design and Operating Model: Experience applying business design and agile operating models to build lived structures that work end-to-end across a business
Agile Ways of Working: Experience helping executives and senior leaders understand, embrace, and adopt agile ways of working to inspire their teams
Shared Services and Operations: Understanding of how to drive at scale the interlock between engineering, shared services, and operations
Executive Enablement: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to bring senior leaders on a transformation journey
Education: Experience shaping, creating, and implementing agile content to educate, upskill, and enable organisational agility
Lean Portfolio Management (LPM): Applied expertise in LPM practices to help clients move from projects to products
Product Management: Experience in Product Lifecycle Management across all stages
Stakeholder Management: Experience helping critical enabling functions understand organisational agility and their role in its sustainable adoption
Training qualifications such as SAFe (including SPCT accreditation), LeSS or Scrum@Scale, Certified Kanban Management Professional
Experience introducing new regulatory focuses innovatively and improving quality (e.g. consumer duty)
Experience leading and running consulting assignment teams
Experience in Change Framework design and evolution as an organisation introduces or moves to agile ways of working
