Pensions Lawyer- Senior Associate / Legal DirectorLocation:BirminghamTeam:PensionsCompensation:£85,000+ A well‑known pension team is seeking an experienced solicitor to join our growing Birmingham practice. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally recognised team advising employers, trustees, and scheme providers on the full spectrum of pensions matters. Key Responsibilities Advise on all aspects of DB and DC pension schemes, including governance, funding, regulatory compliance, and scheme amendments. Support corporate transactions, including due diligence, risk assessment, and negotiation of pensions‑related provisions. Act as a trusted adviser to employer and trustee clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance. Lead on complex matters with appropriate supervision and contribute to the development of junior team members. Build strong internal and external relationships, supporting business development and the wider growth of the practice. About You Qualified solicitor with significant pensions experience gained in a recognised practice. Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions law and regulatory frameworks. Confident managing client relationships and delivering pragmatic, solutions‑driven advice. Collaborative, proactive, and committed to contributing to a high‑performing team.
