Head of Sales – Health & Wellness brand
Ready to lead the commercial agenda for a fast‑growing B Corp on a mission to change the way people think about health? This is a Head of Sales opportunity with real purpose, ownership and impact.
The role
Title: Head of Sales
Location: Hybrid, Sussex (Minimum 2 days per week)
Team: Lead and develop a team of 4 commercial reports
You’ll set and deliver the UK sales strategy across retail and e‑commerce, deepen relationships with key partners (think leading grocers, premium retail and online), and own the commercial plan for the next phase of double‑digit growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, P&L and commercial delivery for key retailers, e‑commerce and EU distributor markets.
Lead and develop a team of four across Retail and Amazon.
Oversee all JBP conversations, retailer relationships and in‑store execution.
Partner with Brand, Insights, Ops, Creative and DTC to drive aligned growth.
Drive rate‑of‑sale improvements through insight, smart investment and execution.
Ensure best‑in‑class brand presence across national retail.
What you’ll bring
Strong track record in UK retail and/or e‑commerce within consumer goods, ideally health, wellness, or beauty.
Experience managing major retail customers like Boots, Holland & Barrett and a track record of delivering commercial growth.
Comfortable leading and coaching a team while staying hands‑on with key customers.
A strategic, collaborative approach – equally happy in the boardroom and with buyers.
