Make a Lasting Impact. We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children's home in Cardiff. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance in a trauma-informed, child-centred environment. You'll support young people with complex needs, including Autism, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and those at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
