The Opportunity: The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own the company’s revenue strategy and execution across Europe. This is a hands‑on, commercially‑focused role responsible for driving new business, expanding existing client relationships, and positioning the company as the market leader in fraud prevention for the fintech and payments space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall revenue and commercial strategy. Drive new business and expand existing client relationships across fintech and payments. Lead and scale a high‑performing commercial team. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to ensure solutions meet market needs. Identify and capitalize on strategic growth opportunities across Europe. Represent the company with key clients, partners, and at industry events. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a senior commercial role (CRO, VP Commercial, or equivalent) in fintech, payments with fraud prevention experience. Strong track record of revenue growth and client acquisition in the European market. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Deep understanding of the fintech and payments ecosystem. Commercially driven, with a focus on results and growth.
