Head of Sales, Luxury Event Catering, London, £70k - £75k + Commission
Are you passionate about good food & incredible events and would like the chance to work across London’s most iconic venues? I am working with a luxury catering company who are looking for a motivated and proactive Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team.
The Role
Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets
Preparation of quotes and tenders
Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
Prepare and present sales reports
Maintain & build new relationships with venues
Identify new revenue opportunities across the business
The Candidate
A proven track record leading sales teams from a luxury event catering background
Strong relationships across Unique Venues of London
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent industry knowledge
Driven, motivated and proactive
Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
A creative thinker
