Evening Shift Production Manager

New job opportunity to lead manufacturing operations on evening shift in a highly automated food production facility. This key role involves overseeing day-to-day production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved. You will manage a team of up to 10 operatives, providing leadership and support to drive operational success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues to minimise downtime. Provide training and guidance to team members on safety, hygiene practices, and production procedures. Motivate and drive the team to achieve daily production targets while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with the Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
