Secondary Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Focus - Islington Full Time | Term Time Only | ASAP StartUp to £450 Take-Home per Week | Long Term Role (Temp to Perm) Long Term Futures are recruiting a confident and proactive Secondary Teaching Assistant with a strong behaviour focus to join a secondary school in Islington. This long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with behavioural needs and who can provide consistent guidance, structure and positive role modelling across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will work closely with pastoral teams and teaching staff to help students remain engaged in lessons, regulate behaviour and achieve their academic potential.
