Your leadership will ensure our analyses directly shape how millions of customers engage with our products, driving business growth and innovation.We are seeking an experienced Head of Market Data Insights to lead our data-driven understanding of Superbet's business across multiple regions. This strategic role will provide the analytical depth and clarity needed to inform both local execution and group-level decision-making. You will partner closely with Country Managers and central Data teams to build unified analytics capabilities, standardise data frameworks, and ensure every market has access to consistent, stakeholdersLead market performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring strategic focusDevelop insight communications that inform market priorities, initiative planning, and performance reviewsBuild mechanisms to compare performance across markets, highlighting key learnings and best practicesEnsure markets are equipped with data and tools to make decisions based on evidence, not assumptionsData Standardisation & InfrastructureDrive alignment on key definitions, data structures, and reporting logic to ensure consistency across all marketsCollaborate with central Data Engineering, BI, and Data Products teams to design scalable data models and reliable pipelines supporting market needsSupport new market launches by defining data requirements, establishing analytics foundations, and ensuring readiness for performance trackingAct as the bridge between business requirements and data capabilities, ensuring that solutions are practical, reliable, and high-quality talent acquisition across all data teamsMentor and develop data professionals to maximize their impact and career growthQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights, with at least 5 years in a leadership role including leading other managersProven experience leading analytics or insights teams in multi-market, data-driven organisationsStrong expertise in SQL, BI tools (e.g. Tableau), and data modellingExperience defining and operationalising KPI frameworks and business performance metricsDemonstrated ability to standardise analytics practices across regions or business unitsAbility to translate complex data concepts for non-technical audiences and drive data-driven decision makingProven track record in building and developing high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impactExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing data professionals across multiple locationsPreferredMaster's degree or PhD in a quantitative fieldExperience in the sports betting, gaming, iGaming, or entertainment industryExperience with Snowflake, Tableau, or similar data warehousing and visualization toolsPrevious experience at top-tier tech companies or high-growth scale-upsKnowledge of
